Full Job Description
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support senior leadership within the Business User Productivity organization in AWS Marketing. This team is responsible for developing crisp, highly differentiated, and compelling positioning and messaging for AWS products that serve business users. This role requires superior attention to detail, great organizational and prioritization skills, the ability to plan ahead and meet tight deadlines, and the capacity to juggle multiple critical requests across global teams. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information — particularly around product launches, AI-powered feature rollouts, competitive positioning, and go-to-market strategies — is essential. Key job responsibilities Calendar Management: Manage complex, global calendars and scheduling with diplomacy and discretion for multiple Senior leaders across the Business User Productivity PMM organization Launch Coordination Support: Assist with logistics and scheduling for Tier 1 and Tier 2 product launches across Amazon Quick, Amazon Connect, and WorkSpaces, coordinating across PMM, Launch Marketing, and cross-functional marketing stakeholders (Social Media, Video, News Blog, Web, Analyst Relations, PR) Meeting Coordination: Organize and prepare meeting agendas, staff meetings, PMM leadership forums, and category reviews; coordinate logistics for on-sites, off-sites, and team events Travel Management: Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for team meetings and events such as re:Invent, NY Summit, and customer engagements Communication: Provide clear, concise, accurate, and timely communication (verbal and written) including emails, meeting agendas, and calendar invites; present decisions to several levels of senior leadership.
