## Accountabilities You will provide high-level administrative and operational support to executives, ensuring smooth coordination of priorities, communication, and organizational flow. Organize and prepare executive meetings, including scheduling, logistics, materials, minutes, and follow-up on action items. Manage executive calendars and prioritize time-sensitive requests, meetings, and communications. Prepare reports, presentations, spreadsheets, and briefing materials for leadership and strategic initiatives. Draft, review, and manage internal and external communications on behalf of C-suite executives. Handle expense reporting, reconciliation, and administrative tracking for senior leadership. Maintain strict confidentiality in handling sensitive company and executive information. Coordinate board meetings, leadership sessions, and company-wide events, ensuring end-to-end execution. Support corporate initiatives including giving programs and related budget tracking. Serve as backup support for office operations, including coordination of supplies and facilities needs. Act as a central point of coordination to ensure smooth information flow across executives and teams. Requirements You are an organized, proactive, and highly reliable professional with experience supporting senior executives in fast-paced environments. 5+ years of experience supporting C-suite executives or senior leadership teams. Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field preferred. Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and collaboration tools such as Slack or Teams. Excellent written and verbal communication skills with strong attention to detail. Exceptional organizational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. High level of discretion and ability to handle confidential and sensitive information. Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, self-starter mindset.
