Full Job Description
The AWS People eXperience and Technology (PXT) organization (HR) is seeking a senior-level Executive Assistant to provide support to the Director of PXT for AWS Marketing, as well as one additional Director. We build the culture, talent, and organization that ensures all Builder thrive in creating, inventing and delivering for our customers globally. From Day One, this role will focus on keeping the organization’s leader and team organized, informed, and on task. You will manage complex calendars, coordinate meetings with S-team leaders, prepare materials for PXT leadership discussions, and serve as a trusted partner to these executives. High-level calendar management and scheduling will require attention to detail as well as superb time management and organizational skills. You should be comfortable juggling multiple priorities, managing last-minute escalations, and effectively partner with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization to get things done. You must understand business priorities and demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements. This role requires professionalism, integrity, and discretion in handling confidential information. You should be resourceful, forward-thinking, and a creative problem solver. This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
