Amazon Web Services (AWS) is seeking a dedicated, resourceful, and customer focused Executive Assistant to support the Vice President & CMO of AWS Marketing and work closely with other Executive Assistants throughout the organization. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple critical requests across global teams and external partners and customers. You will bring strong organizational capabilities and a detail oriented approach, with the ability to maintain flexibility, composure, and a sense of humor. You must understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to proactively anticipate needs and drive improvements to build capacity for the leader they support. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information as well as professionalism in dealing with senior executives inside and outside of the company is critical. You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, take effective action without having to know the whole picture, and have strong judgment. The individual in this role needs to work successfully in a team environment and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group. Over time, this person will build deep and trusting professional relationships with the leaders and their teams, which will blossom into strong partnerships that provide opportunity for new growth projects with increased responsibility and long-term career development. This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
