We are looking for an exceptionally organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support VP within our organization. In this role, you will be the operational backbone that enables our leaders to scale their impact and drive key initiatives. You will do more than just manage schedules and logistics; you are a force multiplier who anticipates challenges, streamlines complex processes, and acts as a central point of communication for a fast-paced global team. Your work will directly contribute to the success of a team shaping the future of the cloud. You will masterfully navigate competing priorities, manage intricate calendars for your executive across multiple time zones, and coordinate high-impact team activities.
