For more information, visit WPP.com. Why we're hiring: We’re looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to support our Global Chief People Officer. This is a critical role at the centre of WPP’s global People function supporting the CPO at the centre of a highly connected leadership ecosystem. The role works closely with the CEO Office and wider WPP leadership team, ensuring the CPO’s time, priorities and interactions are well managed and aligned. Working in close partnership with the Chief of Staff, supporting the execution of the People leadership agenda and ensuring priorities are well coordinated day-to-day. You’ll work closely with senior stakeholders and their Executive Assistants, including agency CEOs and WPP executive leaders (CFO, COO, CMO), and quickly become a trusted partner— acting as an extension of the office and supporting the delivery of priorities through strong coordination, communication and follow-up, in a fast-moving, global business. The right person will be a credible and highly capable operator, able to work with pace, judgement and independence.
