Bachelor's degree in a related field, 9 years' executive administrative experience, Global, high growth, engineering services organization experience
What You'll Do.
Manage CEO's calendar
and execute arrangements
Prepare and distribute materials
Evaluate incoming calls and communications
Prioritize communications
Respond and/or refer communications
Organize domestic and international travel
Prepare and process expense reports
Manage sensitive matters with utmost discretion
Ensure company and personal information is protected
and administer Company activities
Provide office operations assistance
Coordinate with vendors for office services
Coordinate with vendors for office maintenance
