Must Have
Proven experience supporting C-level or senior executive stakeholders in a fast-paced, high-performance environment., Experience managing multiple senior leaders at once, with the judgement to balance competing priorities and shifting demands., experience across complex diary management, travel coordination, meeting planning and executive-level administration., A track record of producing high-quality presentations, documents and briefing materials for senior audiences., Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence working across a wide range of internal and external stakeholders., organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure., A proactive, hands-on mindset with the ability to work independently, solve problems quickly, and make sound decisions.
What You'll Do.
Manage complex diaries across three senior executives
priorities and time effectively across internal and external stakeholders.
Coordinate domestic and international travel
itineraries and logistics with precision and foresight.
Prepare meeting agendas
summaries and follow-up materials to ensure leaders are well prepared and actions are clearly tracked.
Act as a key point of contact between the executives and a broad range of stakeholders across the business
helping communication flow smoothly and professionally.
Support leadership cadence by organising recurring meetings
off-sites and business reviews
and ensuring decisions
actions and deadlines are captured and progressed.
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support
anticipating needs before they arise and solving issues quickly and pragmatically.
Help streamline and improve ways of working
introducing structure and process where needed to improve efficiency across the leadership team.
Partner closely with teams across strategy
commercial and UK market operations to keep priorities moving and remove friction wherever possible.
