What They're Looking For.
Must Have
A high school diploma or equivalent experience, Demonstrate excellent organization, interpersonal, leadership, and reasoning skills, 7 years of secretarial or administrative experience at the executive level, Proficient knowledge of computer software (including word processing, spreadsheets, presentation and e-mail), Excellent communication skills including tact and diplomacy, Regular exercise of initiative and personal judgment, attention to detail, use of discretion, and maintaining confidentiality
Nice to Have
Experience with AI tools, Experience in a large, publicly traded company preferred
