THE ROLE We're hiring an Executive Assistant to support the founders and leadership team of a fast growing stealth robotics company entering an exciting new phase of growth. As the company's first Executive Assistant, you'll establish the systems and operational rhythm that enable leadership to move at a fast pace without sacrificing organization or focus. The role requires strong judgment and high attention to detail. You’ll need to anticipate needs, prevent problems, and remove barriers before they impact the team. By building organized systems, you'll help ensure leaders remain aligned on the company's highest priorities without letting anything fall through the cracks. This role is based in San Francisco and requires working onsite with the team five days per week, given how closely integrated it is with day-to-day operations. If you are highly organized, instinctively proactive, and excited to streamline how a high performing team operates, we’d love to connect. WHAT YOU’LL OWN - Executive Support — Manage complex calendars for founding team, coordinating meetings with internal stakeholders, external partners, and cross functional teams through multiple timezones. - Stay Ahead of Priorities — Anticipate friction points and put simple processes in place to ensure priorities and details don’t slip - Communication Management — Manage the cofounders inbox and communications, triaging messages and drafting/responding as needed - Coordinate Travel & Logistics — Coordinate travel logistics, including flights, lodging, ground transportation, and detailed itineraries - Culture & Events — Organize and support events such as team dinners, offsites, and special occasions - Workplace Operations — Support office operations by collaborating with the O
