You’ll ensure senior leaders and the broader organization are set up for success, partner-facing activities run smoothly, and the office is an efficient, welcoming environment for team members and visitors. This is a high-trust, high-accountability role that requires exceptional organizational skills, clear communication, attention to detail, and follow-through. **What You Will Do** **Executive Support & Operations** * Manage professional and work-related scheduling for executive team members, including complex calendar coordination, travel planning, meeting logistics, email support, and agenda preparation, ensuring priorities are aligned with business needs. * Coordinate internal and external meetings, including scheduling, Google Meet or in-person setup, preparation of materials, note taking, and follow-up on action items. * Anticipate executive and organizational needs, proactively resolving logistical and operational challenges while ensuring smooth coordination across leadership, internal teams, vendors, customers, and external pa
