Must Have
5+ years of executive-level administrative support experience, in a fast-paced corporate environment, Experience supporting C-level executives, Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information
What You'll Do.
Provide high-level administrative support to executives and senior leadership
Manage complex calendars
Coordinate travel arrangements
Handle logistics for internal and external events
Identify and prioritize time-sensitive matters
Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
