What You'll Do.

Provide proactive diary management

Provide proactive inbox management

Draft correspondence on behalf of executives

Respond to correspondence on behalf of executives

Prepare meeting papers

Prepare speaking notes

Prepare follow-up documentation

Track actions arising from meetings

Support timely delivery of next steps

Coordinate complex travel arrangements

Manage associated expenses

Act as key point of contact

Build relationships with stakeholders

Support planning of organisational events

Support delivery of organisational events

Support planning of leadership meetings

Support delivery of leadership meetings

Support planning of company-wide activities

Support delivery of company-wide activities

Support Board activity

Support committee activity

Provide support to Senior Leadership Team

Ensure seamless executive support

Support day-to-day office operations

Liaise with building management

Liaise with suppliers

Coordinate larger meetings
