But you'll also be someone who genuinely enjoys being embedded in a fast-moving business and getting stuck into whatever is needed to help the team succeed. Our operations team is at the heart of Octopus. They're the people delivering for customers every day, shaping our culture and driving the growth of the business. As our Global COO’s EA, you'll be right at the centre of that. You'll work across teams, build relationships throughout the organisation and become a trusted partner to both COO, UK Operations Director and the wider operations leadership team. ## What you'll do Be the trusted right-hand person to our Global COO & UK Operations Director, helping create clarity, a little more structure and focus in a fast-moving environment Act as a key point of contact across the entire Ops department and Leadership Team, building strong relationships and helping keep priorities moving forward Manage a complex and ever-changing diary, ensuring time is spent on the highest-impact work Coordinate domestic and international travel, often at pace and sometimes with last-minute changes Help manage inboxes, communications and follow-ups, ensuring important actions don't fall through the cracks Be a trusted sounding board and sense-checker, helping identify priorities and bring calm to busy periods Own the planning and deli
