The Executive Assistant will provide the highest level of administrative support to the Nevada State Vice President of Culture, Planning, and Policy and the Vice President of Student Affairs. This position co-manages complex issues that affect the entire college, specifically relating to culture, planning, policy, student affairs, campus safety, community, equity, diversity, inclusion and institutional effectiveness. The Executive Assistant is a high-responsibility role in a fast-paced environment, and requires significant skills related to supervising staff and students, overseeing digital tools and physical spaces, coordinating schedules, meetings, conferences, travel, documents, and more.
