Join us! ## Responsibilities Executive Support & Calendar Management Manage complex, high-volume calendars across multiple executives, including scheduling, prioritization, and conflict resolution Coordinate internal and external meetings across time zones, ensuring alignment and efficiency Prepare executives for meetings with relevant context, materials, and follow-ups Operational & Administrative Support Handle travel coordination, expense management, and logistics for executive activities Track and manage action items, ensuring timely follow-up and execution Support day-to-day administrative needs with a high level of accuracy and responsiveness Cross-Functional Coordination Serve as a key point of coordination across teams, helping drive alignment and communication Partner with stakeholders across HR/Operations, Finance, Partnerships & Channels, and GTM to ensure priorities move forward Support planning and execution of internal meetings, offsites, and key initiatives Prioritization & Problem Solving Anticipate executive needs and proactively address issues before they arise Navigate shifting priorities and ambiguity with flexibility and sound judgment Operate with urgency while maintaining attention to detail and quality Confidentiality & Discretion Handle sensitive information with th
