What You'll Do.

and manage complex calendars
and travel arrangements in a highly dynamic environment
Organize and prepare meeting materials
and documentation in a timely and structured manner
Record and maintain meeting minutes
and official documentation in line with corporate governance standards
Track and follow up on action items and key decisions
Coordinate and manage business travel arrangements
and itinerary management
Ensure proper document management
and confidentiality of all processed information
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the highest level of discretion and integrity
Proactively anticipate needs
