Executive administrative experience in a global corporate environment interfacing with senior and executive level management, Keen sense of urgency with a results-driven orientation and proactive mindset, Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to influence and persuade, to work collaboratively across functions, and to interact effectively with stakeholders, Ability to problem-solve autonomously, be a self-starter, seek solutions for every-day challenges, and anticipate the team's needs, computer/ technology skills, including the ability to manage and understand internal systems, written & verbal communication skills, ability to maintain a high level of confidentiality, Accuracy and attention to detail, ability to multi-task, working in fast-paced environment with grace under pressure

What You'll Do.

Perform general administrative duties to support day-to-day operations including scheduling and set-up of meetings

coordinating and booking travel

managing expenses in a timely manner

and overall calendar management

Ensure all meeting and technology support is appropriately coordinated for meetings and events

Work as a team with other Executive Assistants Globally within Mastercard to ensure alignment and operational coverage

serving as an administrative liaison with others inside and outside of the company – including our valued partners

May research special topics and/or work on project-based initiatives as applicable

Ensure operational efficiencies and coordination across the groups
