Full Job Description

WE HAVE CREATED A WORLD WHERE ART AND SCIENCE ARE BEST FRIENDS Known is what happens when a data science firm and a creative agency stop arguing and start collaborating. We were built from scratch with PhD data scientists and award-winning creatives working on the same briefs, from day one. That structure earned us an Ad Age #3 A-List ranking, back-to-back Data & Insights Agency of the Year wins, plus Emmys, Cannes Lions, Clios, and Effies across clients in finance, tech, entertainment, consumer goods, and real estate. We're distributed across the U. S. and unapologetically ambitious. If you're tired of choosing between doing smart work and doing creative work, you'll fit right in here. BUT ENOUGH ABOUT US, LET'S TALK ABOUT YOU About the role: If you know Known, you know we run fast. We're responding to client demands, managing shifting priorities, and building the relationships that drive our business. We're looking for an Executive Assistant who has seen that environment before and knows how to stay ahead of it. Someone who manages the CEO's world with enough precision that problems get solved before they're named, and enough presence that every person they interact with, client or colleague, walks away with a strong impression. If you've spent years in a seat like this and you're ready for a role where your judgment matters, we'd like to talk. WHAT YOU’LL DO Key Responsibilities: Learn the CEO's goals, priorities, and working style well enough to get ahead of needs rather than react to them. Own follow-up and keep deliverables moving without being asked. Manage a complex, high-volume calendar with competing demands. Make sound calls on what gets the CEO's time and what doesn' t. Own all domestic and international travel from start to finish: flights, hotels, ground transportation, itineraries, and contingency planning when things go sideways. Prepare briefing documents, agendas, presentations, and supporting materials for internal and external meetings. The CEO s
