About The Role As the Executive Assistant you will play a critical role in keeping Kikoff's leadership team operating effectively. You will serve as a trusted partner to the CEO and broader Executive Team, managing the logistics, communications, and coordination that allow senior leaders to focus on the company's most important priorities. The ideal candidate will be highly organized, exercise strong judgment and discretion, and thrive in a fast-moving, high-growth, pre-IPO environment where priorities shift quickly and no two days look the same. The Executive Assistant will support the CEO as the primary principal, with meaningful support responsibilities across the broader Executive Team. The role will be located in our San Francisco office, with an expectation to be in office all five days. What You Will Do: Manage complex, ever-changing calendars for the CEO and Executive Team, including prioritization of meetings, proactive conflict resolution, and protection of focused work time Ensure day-to-day calendars are coordinated across CEO and Executive team and strive to keep the CEO and Executive team on schedule daily Serve as a fir
