We are looking for an experienced Executive Assistant to join our Administrative team. Reporting to the EA Manager, you will play a pivotal role in supporting members of our senior team and ensuring the smooth operation of daily activities. This position involves supporting calendar management and coordination, email management and communication, liaising with partners and actively managing their ‘to-do’ list, executive project/initiative support, and general administrative duties. If you’re eager to learn, excel at solving complicated puzzles, and want to make a meaningful impact, this could be a great opportunity for you. While we have a flexible working environment, the successful candidate should expect to spend an average of at least three days a week in person at our Liberty Village office.
