Must Have
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Virtual Assistant, or similar administrative role, Excellent written and verbal English communication skills, Organizational and time management abilities, Ability to work independently with minimal supervision, High attention to detail and problem-solving skills, Experience managing calendars, workflows, and documentation systems, Proficiency with common productivity tools (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, project management tools, etc.)

What You'll Do.
Manage and coordinate the executive’s calendar
and scheduling priorities
Act as a gatekeeper and buffer to help optimize the executive’s time and focus
Assist with organizing meetings
and tracking follow-ups
Support internal workflow management to ensure tasks and projects stay on track
Organize and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and internal documentation
Assist in improving operational processes and maintaining structured systems
and format business documents and internal materials
Assist with preparing and managing documentation related to business operations
Support administrative tasks related to financial planning workflows when needed
Coordinate with internal team members to ensure smooth communication and project progress
and deliverables across the business
Assist with scheduling social media posts across platforms
Manage basic content organization and updates
Support simple graphic or visual content preparation when required
