Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role, support to C-level executives, organizational skills, Ability to operate independently and exercise judgment, Proactive, self-motivated, Ability to support multiple types of work styles/executive needs, High attention to detail, Positive and service-oriented attitude, verbal and writing skills, sense of urgency, Microsoft skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Teams), Comfort with AI/automation, Proven ability to handle sensitive information/act with discretion, Flexibility with working hours
Nice to Have
Financial services experience, genuine interest in investing/capital markets is a plus
What You'll Do.
Support executives in allocating time

Brief executives on meetings
Heavy calendar maintenance
Coordinate client meetings
Coordinate team meetings
Schedule media interviews
Arrange domestic and international travel
Prepare monthly expense reports
Create and/or edit presentations
Track follow-up items
Coordinate team events
Participate in ad hoc projects
Provide back-up for EA colleagues
