Drug Hunter, Inc. | Hybrid | Full-Time About the Role Drug Hunter is a B2B subscription knowledge base for biotech and pharma R&D scientists that empowers them to discover the medicines of the future. We serve most of the world’s top biotech and pharma companies, including Dow 30 and S&P 500 organizations. We are seeking an Executive Assistant who will serve as a trusted partner and operational force-multiplier to our founder and leadership team. This role combines classic executive support with elements of strategic coordination—ensuring the CEO and leadership team’s time, communications, and projects are aligned with Drug Hunter’s rapid global expansion. The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, proactive, and comfortable handling a mix of high-level strategic initiatives and hands-on execution in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment. Location: Hybrid position based in the Greater Boston area. Domestic and international travel may be required (typically 20%). **Requirements** Key Responsibilities: C-Level Executive Support * Manage the CEO’s calendar, international travel, administrative tasks, and priorities to maximize efficiency and ensure focus on high-impact activities. * Support additional executive team members as needed. Information Management * Review inbound communications, prepare briefing materials, meeting agendas, and track follow-up actions; ensure the CEO has the right informationat the right time. Communication & Representation * Draft, review, and sometimes deliver communication on behalf of the CEO to internal teams, board members, investors, and external partners, with a high degree of professionalism.
