What You'll Do.
Organize and administer all aspects of business of
Prioritize the daily calendar and contact plan
Draft and edit executive and other communications
Align messaging with priorities and goals
Handle multiple assignments
Schedule appointments and meetings
Negotiate with offsite events vendors
Resolve conflicts that impair priorities or vision
Liaise with executive staff and internal departments
Meet cross-functional troubleshoot and resolve issues on behalf
Respond on the executive’s behalf to staff on
Alert executive management team
Ensure actions are completed to support company objectives
Support development of Executive Management Committee meeting agenda
Organize relevant materials and briefings
Disseminate materials to executive staff
Prepare and follow up on action items
Review and edit communications for executive’s approval
Alert writers to conflicts or departures from policies
Give advice to resolve conflicts
Summarize content of incoming materials
Summarize gathered information or meetings
Follow up on all in-coming and out-going action
Draft correspondence requiring understanding of technical and product
Note commitments made by executive during meetings
Arrange for staff implementation of commitments
Arrange for executive to represent the corporation at
Arrange for executive to represent the corporation at
Train and advise subordinate administrative staff on new
Request information needed from subordinate office(s)
Ensure all administrative duties are executed according to

Explore more on Cubic.com. # **Job Details:** **Job Summary:** Optimizes the productivity and effectiveness of the assigned senior executive(s) by managing time and commitments, executing delegated authorities, filtering distractions and prioritizing work. Keeps projects on track, ensuring staff deliverables are met, ensuring preparedness for meetings and presentations and coordinating complex travel itineraries. Serves as liaison to senior staff and provides advice and direction in support of the senior executive’s projects and priorities. Works across business units and corporate departments to drive effective collaboration on corporate initiatives. This position requires a high degree of discretion given exposure to confidential information regarding company performance and personnel issues.
