What You'll Do.
Provide high-level administrative and operational support to executive leadership
Act as a force multiplier for executives by understanding their priorities
anticipating their needs
and enabling them to focus on the highest-impact work
Operate as a trusted partner - supporting prioritization
preparing leaders for decisions and engagements
and ensuring alignment across competing demands while handling confidential information with professionalism and discretion
Serve as a strategic partner to executive leadership
maintaining a clear understanding of priorities
and proactively aligning time
and resources to highest-impact work
Own and manage complex executive calendars
actively prioritizing and making tradeoffs to ensure time is spent on the most critical work
including resolving conflicts and anticipating downstream impacts
Prepare executives for meetings and engagements by organizing inputs
drafting and reviewing materials
and ensuring clarity on objectives
Act as an extension of the executive in day-to-day operations
tracking key initiatives
following up on actions
and ensuring priorities move forward
Act as the primary administrative contact for the Board of Directors
managing meeting logistics
and coordinating communications in partnership with the Chief of Staff
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support high-level initiatives and special projects
Partner with teams to plan and execute team and organization-wide meetings
offsites and events (virtual and in-person)
contributing to team effectiveness and culture through coordination
and experience design
Proactively identify opportunities to improve how executives operate
including optimizing workflows
and decision-making processes
Coordinate travel arrangements and process expense reports
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
