What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Bachelor's degree, 8+ years of experience, Proven experience supervising teams in a professional services environment, Prior experience supporting senior leadership, Project management experience, stakeholder management skills, Flexible and effective communicator—both verbal and written, Maintains regular and transparent communication with managers and colleagues, analytical skills, Excellent problem-solving, Makes sound decisions based on available information or guidance, Demonstrates resilience and the ability to manage competing deadlines under pressure, Quick learner with a proactive, results-driven mindset, Able to manage workload independently and as part of a team, Exceptional attention to detail in all tasks and deliverables, Confident handling new and unfamiliar situations
Nice to Have
Master's/MBA from a reputed institute, preferably in a multinational organisation with cross-cultural exposure, focus on service delivery and performance management, minute-taking, presentation creation, managing Excel-based reports, coaching will be provided if needed, ability to influence and challenge at all levels, Comfortable working across international, regional, and local contexts, Structured and strategic approach to balancing long-, medium-, and short-term team priorities, organisational and delegation skills, Approachable, helpful, and adaptable in a dynamic team environment, gather, interpret, and present data insights, capable of breaking down complex issues and identifying solutions, Proactively identifies opportunities to improve service quality based on stakeholder feedback
What You'll Do.
Provide comprehensive executive assistance
Prioritise and streamline email correspondences
File emails systematically
Respond on behalf of the stakeholder
Proactively plan and manage dynamic calendars
Arrange meeting logistics
Organise comprehensive travel itineraries
Submit claims (expenses
Assist with invoice processing
Prepare and maintain accurate documentation
Manage document control via iManage
Support stakeholders by researching data
Draft and review status reports
Maintain the highest level of discretion
and regulatory requirements
Assist with various ad-hoc tasks
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work collaboratively with colleagues across London, Delhi, Hyderabad, Newcastle, and Warsaw; Work closely with stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication; Actively contribute to the VA Team in all offices; Assist in onboarding new team members; Provide absence cover when needed; Work with colleagues as one global team; Empowering each other to be exceptional
