ROLE OVERVIEW Chartis is looking for a driven, dynamic, organized and collaborative Executive Assistant to provide remote support to 5-7 senior partners in the firm, with a focus on calendar management, travel planning, and expense report management. RESPONSIBILITIES · Proactively manage assigned partner calendars, including scheduling meetings and identifying and resolving conflicts based on a thorough understanding of partner clients, activities, and priorities · Plan and manage travel for assigned partners, who typically visit multiple US cities each week · Prepare and submit monthly expense reports · Assist with time reporting as needed · Manage client contact information as needed in CRM system (SalesForce) · Create and manage correspondence (e.g., e-mails, holiday
