Full Job Description

Amazon Web Services is seeking an Executive Assistant to support our Global Business Development teams. You will be a self-starter who gives strong attention to detail, has the ability to anticipate and address problems, efficient organizational skills, and strong multitasking abilities. This role requires the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the total picture. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information is important, as is professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside and outside the company. A good sense of humor will bolster success. The candidate must have a proven track record of providing remarkable support, as well as experience in managing programs across a distributed organization. The successful candidate will have an understanding of business priorities, demonstrate the ability to learn and proactively anticipate needs, and drive improvements to build capacity for leaders of a sales team to serve customers. This role requires five (5) days a week in office.
