Amazon Leo is Amazon’s low Earth orbit satellite broadband network. Its mission is to deliver fast, reliable internet to customers and communities around the world. The Director of Enterprise Technology, Amazon Leo is seeking an experienced, multitasking, and self-motivated Executive Assistant. This role requires superior attention to detail, the ability to meet tight deadlines, great organizational skills, and the ability to handle multiple critical requests. A high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior professionals inside the company is important, as is emotional intelligence, kindness, and a good sense of humor. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with minimal guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, take effective action with strong ambiguity, and show grace under pressure. Export Control Requirement: Due to applicable export control laws and regulations, candidates must be a U.S. citizen or national, U.S. permanent resident (i.e., current Green Card holder), or lawfully admitted into the U.S. as a refugee or granted asylum.
