Full Job Description
The EU 3P Finance organization is looking for an Executive Assistant who wants to work in a fast-paced, exciting, and growing organization. We are looking for someone to support two Directors in our International Stores Finance team in Europe. This highly rewarding role offers a unique opportunity to gain exposure to broad and diverse areas of the Amazon business and to work with senior leadership teams on a multitude of exciting, sensitive and confidential tasks, as well as join a diverse and supportive EA community. Beyond core administrative responsibilities such as managing calendars, handling confidential information, planning events, and coordinating travel, you'll have opportunities to participate in exciting initiatives such as GenAI implementation projects and team engagement activities. You will possess the ability to complete complex tasks and projects quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and be comfortable enough with ambiguity to take effective action without having to know the complete picture. Critical to success will be the ability to think and plan ahead, manage time effectively, and build effective working relationships inside and outside the group.
