Full Job Description
Amazon MGM Studios is seeking a dedicated, self-motivated Executive Assistant to provide in office support to the World-Wide Head of Music for Amazon MGM Studios in Culver City, California. The individual in this role will be detail orientated, have solid organizational skills, and the ability to meet tight deadlines while juggling multiple requests across global teams. You will be an experienced planner, understand business priorities, demonstrate the ability to anticipate needs and drive improvements. The successful candidate will possess the ability to complete complex tasks quickly with little to no guidance, react with appropriate urgency to situations that require a quick turnaround, and take effective action without having to know the whole picture. We are looking for someone motivated, with a proven history of high performance and the ability to operate under pressure. The ideal candidate is confident, enthusiastic, resourceful and a creative problem solver. This person will have a high level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information and professionalism in dealing with senior executives. As a community, the EAs work together to deliver large scale events and to share workload when priorities demand additional support - commitment to teamwork is essential.
