Join us as an Executive Assistant to take your career to the next level with a global market leader. **How you will create an impact:** This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a can-do attitude and excellent organisational skills to provide EA support to our Global Head of Construction and UK Head of Energy in our London office. Some of the key responsibilities include: * Extensive diary management - coordinating meetings internally and externally * Inbox management * Complex international and domestic travel * Processing expenses * Attend weekly/monthly meetings to take minutes, manage & chase actions to ensure all completed by deadlines and any pre-meeting preparation * Weekly collation of various spreadsheets & documents **What you 'll need to succeed** * Proven experience in an EA role within a busy financial services environment * Confidence in and experience of dealing with senior management and external stakeholders * Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including a good level of Excel, PowerPoint and Word * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Proactive and pragmatic with excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage conflicting priorities #LI-AIG At AIG, we value in-person collaboration as a vital part of our culture, which is why we ask our team members to be primarily in the office.
