To maintain our reputation for excellence, we are seeking a visionary, resourceful, and proactive Director of Talent Acquisition to lead our recruitment strategy and foster partnerships that will elevate our firm's growth and success. We are seeking a highly capable, professional, and proactive Executive Assistant to provide dedicated support to our Workers' Compensation Partner. This is a fully on-site, full-time position based in our Burbank office. The right candidate will be a sharp, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment, handles competing priorities without stress, goes the distance to ensure everything gets handled, and serves as a trusted extension of the Managing Partner across both business and personal administrative matters. No workers' compensation experience is required. What we need is someone who brings exceptional judgment, initiative, and a genuine commitment to getting things done. Key Responsibilities: Calendar & Schedule Management: * Manage and maintain the Partner's complex calendar, including scheduling meetings, court deadlines, appointments, and personal commitments * Proactively anticipate scheduling conflicts and resolve them before they arise * Coordinate with internal staff and external parties to confirm, reschedule, and prepare for all engagements Communication & Correspondence * Serve as the primary point of contact for the Partner's inbox triage, route, draft, and respond to emails on his behalf with appropriate tone and professio
