THE ROLE We're looking for a high-potential Executive Assistant to support three of our key executives: Head of Engineering, Head of Product, and Head of People. This in-person role (4x a week) is based in San Francisco. You take pride in a well-run calendar, a clean inbox, and a flawlessly executed offsite. You see the unglamorous work as the work. You will own the calendars, inbox, travel, and operating cadence of three executives, and you will also own a defined portfolio of operational projects that scale company-wide. The EA craft is the core of this role. The ops portfolio is additive. You'll report to the Sr. Executive Assistant and work as a direct extension of three of our most important leaders.
