What They're Looking For.
Must Have
5+ years of experience providing executive-level administrative support to senior leadership, Demonstrated expertise in strategic calendar and time orchestration across multiple executives and competing priorities, anticipatory planning skills with the ability to proactively identify needs, risks, and scheduling conflicts, Excellent written and verbal communication skills with executive presence and gatekeeping capabilities, Proven ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism, Experience coordinating travel, meetings, executive events, and expense reporting, organizational and multitasking skills in fast-paced, high-volume environments, Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Teams, Ability to manage multiple priorities independently with exceptional attention to detail, Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent work experience required

itD is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior leadership by driving operational efficiency, managing executive priorities, and ensuring seamless coordination across administrative and strategic functions. This role will directly support the SVP while providing additional calendar and operational support to the VP of Engineering. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in executive administration, strategic calendar management, and executive communications, with a proven track record of supporting fast-paced leadership environments and delivering exceptional organizational outcomes. Location: Remote - EST time zone preferred Duration: 6 months We provide comprehensive medical benefits, a 401k plan, paid holidays, and more.
