**[What the role is]** Purpose of Job The mission of SFA is to ensure and secure a supply of safe food for Singapore. The officer is expected to work as part of the team to manage accreditation matters to drive source diversification and trade flow, through operationalising strategies to safeguard Singapore's interests in overseas accreditation. **[What you will be working on]** **Scope / Duties** •Coordinate and carry out administrative procedures for accreditation matters. •Assist with the creation, updating and maintenance of information relating to approved foreign farms and establishments. •Assist with the analyses of data to monitor performance of approved overseas establishments for communications, updates and notifications to SFA management and stakeholders. •Assist team to evaluate applications for accreditation from foreign establishments seeking to export food products to Singapore. •Coordinate and manage customer enquiry and feedback pertaining to accreditation and other relevant matters. •Assist and manage notification emails regarding disease outbreak situation (e.g., High Pathogenicity Avian Influenza). •Assist in the arrangement and coordination of accreditation trips and virtual meetings/inspections of foreign establishments. •Carry out any other duties assigned by supervisor. **[What we are looking for]** **Qualifications/ Experience** •Knowledge in Agriculture / Food Science / Data Science will be an advantage. •Knowledge in IT applications will be an advantage, such as familiarity with MS Office (e.g. Word, Excel), MS Azure, Power BI. •Relevant experience in managing administrative work, customer’s enquiries and feedback. •Good interpersonal and communication skills. **Work Location** SFA HQ at JEM Office Tower 52 Jurong Gateway Road (S)608550
