We're focused on building advanced American manufacturing and we're passionate about engineering a better future filled with abundant energy. The Role T1 Energy is looking to hire an Executive Administrator to support our Engineering team. This is a fast-paced, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a technical environment and knows how to keep complex teams organized, aligned, and moving. You'll be embedded with a team of engineers who are building something that matters, and your job is to make sure nothing falls through the cracks while they do it. This role is ideal for someone early in their administrative career who has a background in engineering, a curiosity for how things are built, or hands-on experience supporting technical teams. You don't need to be an engineer, but you do need to speak the language well enough to keep up. What You'll Do - Provide day-to-day administrative support across the Engineering team, including calendar management, scheduling, and meeting coordination. - Organize and maintain engineering documentation, project trackers, reports, and team resources. - Coordinate logistics for team meetings, site visits, workshops, and cross-functional reviews. - Assist with travel arrangements and budget tracking for the team. - Serve as a communication hub, routing information, following up on action items, and keeping the right people in the loop. - Support onboarding for new engineering team members. - Partner with other Executive Admins across the organization to coordinate company-wide initiatives
