What They're Looking For.
Must Have
4-5 years of experience in administrative or executive administrative roles, calendar management, business administration, travel coordination, expense reporting, supporting senior executives, Microsoft internal tools and software, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, V-lookups, pivot tables, Microsoft PowerPoint, High school diploma or GED required, Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, ability to interact with senior leadership and stakeholders, organizational and multitasking abilities, thoroughness and attention to detail, Proactive approach to problem-solving, ability to work independently, managing time effectively, meet deadlines, Ability to maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information with discretion, Experience in event planning and coordination
Nice to Have
supporting senior executives, preferably within Microsoft or similar enterprise-level organizations at the C-Suite level, assist in organizing off-site meetings and morale events
What You'll Do.
Manage calendars of senior leaders
Ensure consistency and alignment
Handle complex scheduling
Maintain high level of coordination
and manage expense reports
Review and approve invoices
Arrange domestic and international travel
Assist with visa processes
Adapt quickly to changes
Provide high-level administrative support
Perform basic bookkeeping tasks
Handle incoming memos
Determine significance of submissions
Plan report distribution
Prepare agendas for meetings
Make arrangements for meetings
Set up conference calls
Set up video conferences
Assist in planning off-site events
Coordinate off-site meetings
