What They're Looking For.

Must Have

4-5 years of experience in administrative or executive administrative roles, calendar management, business administration, travel coordination, expense reporting, supporting senior executives, Microsoft internal tools and software, Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, V-lookups, pivot tables, Microsoft PowerPoint, High school diploma or GED, Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, organizational and multitasking abilities, thoroughness, attention to detail, Proactive approach to problem-solving, ability to work independently, managing time effectively, meet deadlines, maintain confidentiality, handle sensitive information with discretion, event planning and coordination, assist in organizing off-site meetings and morale events

Nice to Have

Previous experience supporting senior executives, preferably within Microsoft or similar enterprise-level organizations at the C-Suite level

What You'll Do.

Manage calendars of senior leaders

Handle complex scheduling

Prepare and submit expense reports

Review and approve invoices

Arrange domestic and international travel

Assist with visa processes

Provide high-level administrative support

Perform basic bookkeeping

Handle incoming memos

Prepare meeting agendas

Make arrangements for meetings

Set up conference calls

Plan and coordinate off-site events
