What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Energy or similar), 2–5+ years of experience in project execution, construction, or engineering roles, Knowledge of construction processes, project management, and technical standards in France, Fluency in French (mandatory), Proficiency in MS Office
Nice to Have
Experience in renewable energy or infrastructure, Experience with solar PV, storage, or decentralized energy systems, Knowledge of project management tools, Good level of English

Coordinate engineering

Ensure compliance with technical

Oversee execution of decentralized energy projects
Manage project execution from ready-to-build to commissioning
Liaise with EPC contractors
Monitor construction progress
Implement mitigation measures
Ensure compliance with technical designs
Review and validate engineering designs
Coordinate site activities
supervise contractors
Track project budgets
Support financial reporting
Ensure timely procurement and delivery of equipment
Support grid connection processes
Coordinate with relevant stakeholders
Prepare and maintain execution schedules
Support commissioning
Ensure compliance with French regulations
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Liaise with EPC contractors, suppliers, and internal teams; Coordinate with relevant stakeholders during grid connection processes
