Support and coordinate daily operations
Manage calendar and logistics
Develop and disseminate documents
Provide resource and administrative support
Act as liaison with internal and external groups
Compile data and materials for meetings
Compose correspondence for CCIO review
Plan events and perform special projects
and prioritize appointments
Plan and organize administrative items
and follow-up daily affairs
Schedule travel and confirm accuracy
Provide high-level meeting support
Prepare documentation on behalf of CCIO
Work collaboratively with University offices
Ensure fiscal responsibility and cost effectiveness
Oversee office arrangements and purchases
and reconcile expenses
Lead or assist with managing special projects
and initiate telephone calls
Greet visitors and provide information
Resolve problems and prioritize needs
Maintain confidential data and files
Maintain communication with regional counterparts
Represent CCIO's office
Serve as spokesman for communicating instructions
Prepare or assist with reports and briefings
How You'll Work.
Team & Collaboration
Work collaboratively with various University offices; Partners with project and portfolio managers; Represents the CCIO’s office when speaking with regional counterparts; Represents and serves as spokesman for communicating instructions
Communication Scope
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills; Ability to interact with a broad range of internal and external constituencies; Ability to quickly and thoughtfully build and maintain relationships
Process & Methodology
Manage internal informatics office special projects, Develop, implement, and monitor project work plans, Conduct research, Draft project materials, Create and implement project communications, Archive project materials
