What You'll Do.

Performs complex administrative duties

Directs and coordinates daily operations

Provides high-level administrative and operational support

Works closely with and acts as a liaison

Exercises exceptional judgment

Facilitating communication

and resource management

Provides day-to-day coordination and operational direction

Serves as primary point of contact

statistics and other information

Anticipates needs and obtains background materials

Conducts fact-finding and composes responses

Responsible for review

Assists with proofing and finalizing presentations

Distributes minutes and documents

Plans and organizes administrative aspects

Has primary responsibility for the daily affairs

Updates action plan documents

Works in conjunction with the Chief of Staff

Assists with special projects

Manages the calendar for the Chief Digital and Innovation Officer

Makes scheduling decisions

Chooses or recommends solutions

Prepares and coordinates travel arrangements

Coordinates travel arrangements for other leaders

Works collaboratively with various University offices

Provides high-level meeting support

and initiates telephone calls

Resolves problems and prioritizes needs

Manages and maintains all confidential administrative records

Ensures office compliance with standard policy

Responsible for space

supplies and inventory

Maintains equipment listing

Recommends replacement as required

Assists in the creation of and maintains departmental process

Participates in special projects

Leads or assists with managing special projects

Corresponds on behalf of the office

Ensures that others are informed of decisions

Represents the Chief Digital and Innovation Officer

Reviews monthly expenses and variances

Makes recommendations to remain within budgets

Processes a variety of financial transactions

Ensures arrangements and purchases are cost effective

Oversees and reconciles P-card usage
