The Exchange On-Premises Administrator will be responsible for managing and maintaining the customer’s on-premises Microsoft Exchange environment. This includes ensuring the availability, performance, and security of the email system, as well as providing support and troubleshooting for any issues that arise. Responsibilities: * Manage and maintain the on-premises Microsoft Exchange environment, including installation, configuration, and upgrades. * Monitor system performance and ensure high availability and reliability of the email system. * Implement and manage security measures to protect the email system from threats and vulnerabilities. * Provide technical support and troubleshooting for email-related issues. * Perform regular backups and recovery procedures to ensure data integrity. * Collaborate with other IT team members to integrate Exchange with other systems and applications. * Develop and maintain documentation for the Exchange environment, including configuration settings, procedures, and policies. * Stay up-to-date with the latest developments and best practices in Exchange administration and apply them to improve the system. * Assist in planning and executing migration projects, if necessary. * Provide training and support to end-users on email-related topics. ## Qualifications * Bachelor's degree in Compu
