What They're Looking For.
Must Have
University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 10 years prior relevant experience, or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 7 years of experience, Experience balancing technical, cost, and schedule on a program, Experience leading cross-functional teams to include, but not limited to, any combination of the following: Engineering, Contracts, Finance, Procurement/Supply Chain, Manufacturing/Operations, Quality Management, Logistics, Data Management (CDRL support) and/or administrative functions, Experience with proposal activities, Active and transferable U. S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date, U. S. citizenship is required, Secret - Current Security Clearance, Active and existing security clearance required on day 1
Nice to Have
Prior experience supporting capture, development, production, and/or sustainment programs, preferably in the aerospace and defense industry, Program Management Level 5 certification, or equivalent, Prior experience managing suppliers to include interfacing with supplier SLT, Familiarity with US Army customers including PMCAS and DEVCOM, Experience conducting international business and managing cross-cultural communication
