What They're Looking For.
Must Have
Valid Class C North Carolina Driver License with no more than five active points and no suspensions or revocations within the last ten years, Attend, complete, and pass a certification training program requiring an overnight stay Monday through Friday, Possession of a valid North Carolina Driver License, Valid N. C. Driver License with no suspensions or revocations within the past 10 years in any state for any motor vehicle-related offense and no more than 5 active points, Undergo a background check which includes a name-based and fingerprint based criminal history record check
Nice to Have
Experience explaining policy, procedure and/or laws to educate customers or the public, Customer service experience (friendly, enthusiastic attitude who enjoys serving customers) with a diverse clientele, Knowledge of basic computer software that includes database programs, Microsoft Office applications and the ability to quickly adapt to internal systems, Work experience typing using a computer keyboard
