Must Have
Significant senior leadership experience within a CRO, biotech, or pharma, understanding of partner expectations and unmet needs in complex CRO settings, Proven track record leading transformation in global, matrixed, multi-site organisations, Deep expertise across GXP environments including GLP, GCP, and GMP, commercial acumen and experience positioning Quality as a business enabler and strategic differentiator, Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing capability at executive level, Experience leading large international teams through change, complexity, and growth, The ability to combine scientific credibility, operational rigor, and business pragmatism
