4+ years of related experience, Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, US citizenship required

Proficiency with PowerBI, Excel PowerQuery and Macros proficiency
What You'll Do.
Lead development and management of program master schedule
Integrate cost and schedule aligned with contractual scope
Assist Program Manager with scope
Drive operational and financial efficiency
Collaborate with program schedulers for schedule performance
Contribute to IPMDAR and CSDR submission performance
Assist with development and maintenance of Performance Management
Import resource loaded IMS to baseline changes
Perform performance measurement and forecast
Collaborate with financial analyst to validate Estimates to
Conduct analysis and reporting for financial performance
Collaborate with schedulers and risk management team
Maintain active risk register and program management reserves
Communicate and collaborate with functional managers and staff
Facilitate integration of functional support into program meetings
Develop customer and company briefings
Collaborate with program proposal and pricing initiatives
Develop Basis of Estimate (BOE)
Assist PMO in maintaining program management excellence
Implement return to green plans
Promote technology insertion and innovation
Enhance people and processes
Implement best practices
Maintain a culture of honesty
Foster employee engagement and communication
Develop an environment with proactive and transparent communication
