Must Have
Advanced degree in a relevant field (e.g., Epidemiology, Biostatistics, Public Health, Life Sciences) preferred, Significant experience in real-world evidence, clinical or observational study design, statistical or data management, and study delivery, Demonstrated people management and cross-functional leadership skills, Experience with vendor management and quality/compliance oversight in regulated environments, communication, project management and problem-solving skills

Consulting/ CRO managerial experience welcomed

Provide DGP process coordination
Manage studies/projects
Ensure delivery of evidence generation
Partner with Japan Head of RWE-HO
Ensure timely planning and tracking
Shape evidence-generation strategy
Drive cross-portfolio operational synergies
Act as leader to enterprise evidence strategy
Provide coaching and implement internal standards
Ensure study quality standards
Redefine processes and ways of working
Standardize workflows
Maintain effective communication
Identify and drive cross-TA synergies
Represent Japan RWE-HO in forums
Facilitate knowledge transfer
Prepare QBRs and townhalls
