Must Have
Minimum 5 years applied research, Minimum 4 years M&E experience, Postgraduate degree in relevant field, SQL proficiency, Qualitative and quantitative research design, Fieldwork experience, Data analysis experience, Reporting experience, Commissioning research agencies, Managing research agencies, Qualitative data analysis, Quantitative data analysis, Digital adaptations data analysis, Uncovering new insights, Translating insights into reports, Strategic planning experience, Knowledge management experience, Communication skills, Organisation skills, Project management skills, Cultural awareness, Sensitivity to cultures, Creative mindset, Inquisitive mindset, Fluent in English, High level English writing, High level English speaking

What You'll Do.
Write requests for proposals
Write Terms of Reference
Review research tools
Advise on sampling strategies
Advise on methodologies
Support quality assurance during fieldwork
Conduct on-site visits
Provide technical expertise to research projects
Provide technical expertise to M&E projects
Advise on fit-for-purpose designs
Suggest qualitative methodologies
Suggest quantitative methodologies
Suggest other research approaches
Ensure ethical standards are upheld
